Our Officers

Toni Deranleau - Chairman of the Board/President

The 2016 Woman Contractor of the Year award winner, President Toni Deranleau, has nuclear fuel pumping through her veins. Raised in the Hanford region of Washington state – an area famous for being part of the “Manhattan Project” – and later marrying a union Steamfitter, Toni would always be exposed to the power industry. She and her family would eventually settle in New York state where she would become a veteran of New York’s insurance industry, gaining over 20 years of administrative experience, networking and sales skills.

Nearing the age of retirement, Toni decided to instead, put her skills to the test and give back to the industry that provided her family with their livelyhood. Her vision was to use her knowledge in insurance to create a power company that would differentiate itself by offering only repair and maintenance services. Eight years later, that vision has been a success and OTONE Mechanical Construction, Inc. is one of New York City’s premier maintenance and mechanical/general contractors in the power industry.
